We also want to provide you with no-fuss, convenient customer service.
That is why all of our PC support services come with the following features.
No Fix, No Fee
In the vast majority of case, we will be able to solve your computer
problems.
Occasionally, though, we do come across a problem which leaves us scratching our
heads.
If this happens and we cannot offer any solution to your problem, it only seems fair that
we will not charge you a penny.
If we think that there is a solution
[but it escapes us for now]
, we won't leave
you in the lurch. We will advise you of other companies who may be able to help.
We also think it fair that, if we offer a solution to your problem and
you choose not to take us up on it, we will still charge you for our
initial investigative work.
We Come To You
Why bother unplugging your computer, putting it into your car and taking it to a computer repair shop?
We can come to your premises - it's much more convenient and saves you time.
What's more, if our schedule permits, we can visit you during the evening or at weekends.
A surcharge may be applied for travelling further than 10 miles from Bath.
Collect & Return
To save you time, we can collect your computer and return it once repairs are complete.
We would also recommend that we collect and return your computer when
a task is expected to be lengthy.
You will also benefit from our lower off-site rates.
When collecting your computer, our engineer will provide you with a receipt for
your equipment. On return, we will ensure that your computer is correctly re-installed
and working properly.
Lower Off-Sites Rates
Some tasks that we perform can take several hours and, as we have mentioned,
it makes more sense to carry them out off-site.
Because we have access to our workshop facilities and can divide
our time more effectively, we charge you less for working off-site.
3 Month Warranty On Hardware Repairs
On very rare occasions, a hardware fault that we have repaired may re-occur.
Should this happen within 3 months of work being carried out, we will
rectify the fault at no extra charge for labour.
Any faulty components will
be replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty.
Should the fault not prove to be connected to our original repair, we will charge
you for any work carried out.
'No Surprises' Pricing Policy
As you will see from our pricing section, many
tasks that we perform are carried out at a fixed rate. This is designed
to give you a clear picture of how much our time will cost.
However, some tasks
are more open-ended in nature, being charged by the hour
Once we have an understanding of how much work needs to be undertaken, we will
give you an estimate of how much
it will cost.
Unless we discover that extra work needs to be carried out,
this is how much we will charge.
We will give you a call before
carrying out any work beyond our estimate, unless you
are happy for us to work to a budget provided by you.
